Open Call for Affordable Housing and Collaborative Living

Are you an offsite student looking for housing?

The Zumbini 6 Youth Hub is looking for residents!

The doors of Zumbini 6 are about to open – the new youth hub in the heart of Villaggio Barona.
A place where living doesn’t just mean renting a room, but becoming part of a community.

Who are we looking for?

Young people and students aged 16 to 35, interested in two housing models.

What we offer?  

12 beds in offered at an affordable rent within a Collaborative Housing famework.

---

What do we expect from you?  

Residents commit to 5 hours per week of community engagement, such as:

• • Co-organizing public events within Villaggio Barona;

  • Supporting activities at the Lab Barona community center;

  • Tutoring and play activities with local children at Zumbini 6.

Availability

• Starting September 2025
  → 6 collaborative housing places
  → 8 income-based affordable housing places
  
  

• Starting January 2026
  → 6 collaborative housing places
  → 12 income-based affordable housing places
