STEP 1 – CREATE A STUDENT PROFILE

Go to the Register section and create a profile.

If you’re already enrolled, sign up using your @campus.unimib.it or @unimib.it email address.

If you are in the process of enrolling, request access by filling out the form in the Contact Us section and selecting Bicocca Student in the Process of Enrollment. Then enter your ID number (DreamApply ID), date of birth, nationality, and the same email where you received your admission confirmation.

STEP 2 - BROWSE THE LISTINGS

Explore the listings in the Accomodations section by reading all the details carefully: type of accommodation (bed, room, studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment), price, location, type of landlord (private or organization), and included expenses. First, check the intended audience for the listing. If you are a recipient of a DSU scholarship for offsite students, verify that the accommodation meets the criteria for the UniMiB grant.

Read the Service Guide for Students to better understand how to read the listings.

STEP 3 - CONTACT THE LANDLORD TO SCHEDULE A VISIT

Use the platform’s chat feature to contact landlords directly and schedule a visit.

For housing managed by La Cordata Cooperative: schedule a visit through the Booking service or request a virtual tour.
For listings by private landlords: communicate directly via chat to arrange an in-person visit.

Before being published, all listing requests go through a validation process by our team. However, due to the high volume of requests, something might occasionally slip through. If you notice any issue, please report it—we will promptly remove the listing if necessary.

STEP 4 - ASK FOR ASSISTANCE

Once you’ve agreed on the rental period, you can request support during the contract signing phase if any clauses are unclear. Please read the Guide and FAQ before contacting us. The guide includes information on contract types, duration and rent limits, how to register the contract, tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities, how condominium fees, utilities, and the TARI tax work, as well as details on the security deposit and its return.
