The project is aimed at 24 young people—students or precarious workers—aged between 18 and 30, who will live in small municipal studio apartments renovated and furnished thanks to funding from the Department of Youth.
“Substandard” refers to apartments with a surface area smaller than the minimum required for public housing allocation.
In exchange for affordable rent (€380 per month, utilities included), the young residents commit to dedicating at least 10 hours per month to community-building and solidarity activities in the neighborhood.
