STEP 1 - CREATE A LANDLORD PROFILE
Who can publish a listing?
→ Private individuals who are owners or co-owners of properties located in the Municipality of Milan or other towns within the metropolitan area.
→ Third-sector entities (such as cooperatives, non-profit associations, etc.) that manage housing facilities in Milan or nearby municipalities.
→ Public or non-profit housing agencies managing accommodation offers within Milan or its metropolitan area.
The platform allows users to register either as Landlords or as Organizations when submitting listings.
STEP 2 - FILL OUT AND SUBMIT LISTING FORMS
Requirements:
→ The property must be rented at a capped (affordable) rate, in compliance with the rent thresholds set by the local agreement of the Municipality of Milan (or the relevant municipality where the accommodation is located).
→ The lease must follow a legally recognized format and duration under Italian law.
→ The property must meet all structural and safety regulations.
The ABC team will check that all required documents are provided and that the listing meets the necessary criteria.
Within approximately 5 working days after submission, you will receive a notification confirming approval, rejection, or requesting modifications or missing/incorrect documents. At this stage, service operators may contact the landlord by phone to request an in-person or virtual visit of the property.
After all checks are complete, the listing will be approved and published on the platform.
STEP 3 - RECEIVE REQUESTS AND SCHEDULE VISITS
Once your listing is published, students can contact you directly through the platform’s chat to schedule a visit.
STEP 4 - CONTRACT SUPPORT
During the contract signing process with a student, landlords can request free guidance and consultation regarding contract drafting, registration procedures, and available tax benefits.
