General information
I am renting out a room in a cozy three-room apartment (90 sqm), located in an elegant building with concierge service. The room is furnished with a single bed and a loft bed, making it suitable for one or two students. The room has a private lock for extra security and privacy.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and tableware. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub. The shutters are secure and electrically operated.
The monthly rent for the room is €460, plus €200* for condominium expenses (heating, water, Wi-Fi, general building costs) and €100* for gas, electricity, and waste tax (Tari).
*The expense amounts are reasonable estimates and will be recalculated every six months based on actual consumption.
The room can be rented for single or double use; in the case of double rental, all expenses can be shared equally.
